In addition, her advice is in no way constituted as legal or medical advice. 

Sessions with anyone under the age of 18 need to be supervised by a parent. Otherwise, we suggest that sessions be limited to one person, to provide more individualized, tailored attention.

There are no refunds, except for subscriptions, which require a minimum of 30 days of notice for cancellation. Please give 48 hours if rescheduling of appointments.

Pro Tennis Consulting reserves the right to refuse to work with any client at any time and will refund the client accordingly.

Please give 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late notification will be subject to a a forfeit of the session fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for sessions once they have started.

Vania will respond as soon as she is able, however she will endeavor to always respond within 2 business days. 

Subscription sessions do not roll over to the next month.
